What is the difference between Standout and Premium?

Standout ($549) is built for listings that need to stand out on MLS -- 50 HDR photos, 5 drone aerials, a 60-second vertical reel, floor plan, and virtual twilight edit. It covers everything most listings need.
Premium ($899) is built for luxury and high-end listings -- 70 HDR photos with 5-bracket processing for maximum quality, 10 drone aerials, a reel with drone clips, floor plan, neighborhood photos, a real on-site twilight shoot (dedicated return visit at golden hour), and a Zillow 3D tour.
Key differences: photo count (50 vs 70), drone count (5 vs 10), virtual twilight vs real on-site twilight shoot, and the 3D tour. If the listing is above $800K or the seller expects premium marketing, go Premium.
How fast do I get my photos?

Do you have Supra key access?

Yes. We have Supra eKey access, which means we can access lockbox-secured listings without you needing to be present. Book the shoot, send us the address, and we handle everything -- you focus on your clients. Standard on all packages at no extra charge.
What is virtual twilight and does it need to be disclosed?

Virtual twilight is a post-processing technique where a daytime exterior photo is digitally transformed to look like it was taken at dusk -- warm sky, glowing windows, evening atmosphere. It costs $25 as an add-on and is included in the Standout package.
Under California AB 723 (effective January 1, 2026), virtual twilight edits must be disclosed in listing materials as AI-enhanced or virtually edited. We flag all virtual twilight images in your delivery email so you can disclose properly and stay compliant.
Want no disclosure required? A real on-site twilight shoot is included in the Premium package or available as a $199 add-on.
Do you shoot occupied homes?

Yes, we shoot occupied and vacant homes. For occupied listings, we recommend sellers follow our Getting Ready Guide -- decluttering surfaces, opening blinds, and turning on all lights before we arrive. This saves time on-site and results in noticeably better photos. We send the guide automatically with every booking confirmation.
How does payment work?

No upfront payment required to book. Your photos are watermarked until payment is completed -- once paid, full-resolution files are released immediately with no delay.
Standout and Premium packages also offer pay at close through Titus -- defer payment until after your listing sells. Ask us about this option when you book.
Are you licensed for commercial drone photography?

Yes -- and this matters more than most agents realize. We hold an FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate, the federal license required for all commercial drone operations.
Any drone footage shot without a Part 107 license cannot legally appear in MLS, Zillow, or any marketing material -- and your brokerage is exposed to FAA liability. With Vista Media Homes, every aerial is fully certified and legally usable. Every time.
Does the interactive floor plan automatically show on Redfin and Realtor.com?
